Professionals Seminar - Structured for Attorneys, Accountants, local Government employees, Realtors, and other professionals interested in learning more. CLE credits will be available.
This seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of the conservation easement, a common tool used by private land trust and public agencies to protect land for conservation purposes. Attendees will learn about what a conservation easement is, the process for completing an easement, how easements are valued, the Federal, State, and Estate tax benefits associated with easements, and easement legal defense. Followed with time for questions and answers.
