Contribution of Real Estate

Your gift of real estate or personal property donated to NMLC, can be used to help fund the work we do. The proceeds received from the sale will be used to ensure the sustainability of our organization or you can desiginate it as a restricted gift of your choosing.

Please discuss these options with your financial broker/advisor to determine the appropriate distribution of your donation.

I bequeath my ____________________ (home, farm, ranch, land, etc.) to the New Mexico Land Conservancy (NMLC), a non-profit organization located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, (Tax Id # 06-1648104).
